The exterior of this 250,000 S.F. Shopping Center was renovated using polystyrene foam, stucco & wrought iron arcade and details. A new sign monument was constructed along

Baldwin Ave. The vacancy rate of the entire center dropped considerable after the renovation. The facade was designed around the existing signage in order to maintain them and all tenants remained open during construction.

Construction Cost:  $1.8 million.
