Description:
Plans had been prepared under a previous commission when ENVIROTECTURE was commissioned to design new facilities for West Adams Church of the foursquare gospel. To accommodate project budget and program, previous designs were discarded and a new design, which was in conformance with budget and program requirements, was prepared.
New facilities featured sanctuary capable of accommodating 800 seats; and two symmetrical wings. One wing contains administration and ministerial offices. The other wing contains educational and fellowship functions. Individual building masses are connected by means of an exterior arcade and plaza.
